Switch to a new computer system

On October 21, 2026, Huisartsenpraktijk Tolbert will switch to a new electronic information system. This will enable us to assist you better and more quickly in the future. However, it will take some time for us to fully master the new system.

Due to this transition, our availability will be more limited than usual on the following days:

Tuesday, October 20: the practice is accessible only for emergencies.

Wednesday, October 21: accessible only for emergencies until 10:00 AM; telephone wait times may be longer, and fewer consultation slots are scheduled.

The patient portal will be temporarily unavailable from October 17 to October 25. Please request repeat prescriptions early or use the prescription line if necessary (option 3 in our telephone menu).

We hope to be fully operational again from October 26 onwards. The patient portal, our telephone accessibility, and our website will remain unchanged after the switch.
